Breeding dogs wont make you rich! Plus your dealing with Living Animals, Its NOT easy.. You better LOVE Dogs!We just drove to the store to get milk for the momma dogs (and me) and just 30 mins after checking "Lil Miss" My Pregnant Dam (Momma Dog) Well Came back and she was dead. Unborn Pups too... Like the Title says If you are considering Trying to Breed for Profit.. Or think its easy or that Breeders don't care.... Think Again.... And Again! Read this first and consider what you are doing ALL THE WAY through & think about how many problems there are in life and relate that to dealing with something thats alive and you care about... To anyone who thinks they will make a "Quick Buck" Breeding Dogs BUT MOSTLY.. To any Prissy know it all that thinks Breeders are greedy etc... My dog just Died and too boot got a nasty comment from someone on YouTube so Likely not My best time to type this... I run a Licensed AKC Kennel and I get a lot of rude comments time to time about "The Evils of Breeding" Actually I just had one on YouTube and its Really the wrong time for this right now. Every so Often I get people who want to find out how to breed their Dogs with mine and have half breeds or pups that are too old or too young and... Well seriously people are not considerate of their "Owners" When Breeding.. I have refused to STUD out my males to most Anyone who wants to simply for the reasons above. Then there is the whole other end of it where you get people who want to bash people who breed dogs... Well most of the people and breeders I meet are VERY considerate of these things and even the ones who are clueless I described Above well they seem to get it when I tell them their dog is too old and it could kill her etc. Well enter today and some butt head rips me a new one on YouTube for breeding dogs and Being Greedy and "Getting Rich" Off my dogs... One thing I can Guarantee you is I am NOT getting rich off of my dogs. I do Believe there are puppy Mills out there that do not care about their dogs but that is VERY Isolated instances. Just to do this right a person MUST keep it clean or all your digs will be sick you will have small litters and more puppies will not make it. YES it is a lot of work and whether the person cared or not in the beginning there is almost NO WAY to deal with Dogs like this and NOT just Fall in love. OK Back to my rant.... Of which this is likely NOT the time I should be writing this and all that because I just had one of my dogs die! It is VERY hard and this person who commented randomly on YouTube got me thinking.... Damn it I am sick of people thinking this way... I am NOT greedy I LOVE my dogs and YES they do pay there way but in the end if there is a profit it would be VERY lucky! To anyone who thinks they will make a "Quick Buck" Breeding Dogs BUT MOSTLY.. To any Prissy know it all that thinks Breeders are greedy etc... You know nothing until YOU have to close the eyes of one of your sweetest pups who also took with he 4-7 little ones... Wrap her in a tarp... Dig a hole to Bury her.. Its Sad and tugs on your heart.. A LOT.... NONE of My dogs are "Just Breeders" of here just for money... If you want to make money do something else. I breed Dogs because I LOVE my dogs and have Successfuly bred them down in size Considerably over the last 15 years. What Me and these Dogs do is something I love and I ALWAYS have a Beagle with me. However it is Costly Sad and Sometimes just REALLY not Awesome at all.... Its NOT all Money Money Money... Its Vet Bills, Stillborns, Constant attention and in the end you could lose one of you loved ones. This is the First one lost Pregnant like this in 15 years... It makes me VERY sad... I dunno Just a "The More you know" Message. If you think Breeding Dogs is Enriching Monetarily, Easy or done by people who don't care. Well I believe you are Wrong! Breeders I know LOVE their pups like children & I Have not even started to talk about how hard it is to see you pups leave after you raise them for 10 weeks..;-)
Get the word out Save a Dog... SHARE this Blog Posting!!Helping AnimalsI was NOT Planning to help a Dog when I left the House. But as I watched this Dog Almost get hit by a car & then try & go back out in the Road... I just could not go on without doing something. I was worried i would get a Ticket because My car was Blocking an entire lane of Traffic. People were Honking & Actually had to change lanes to go around. In this time with My car parked Unlawfully in the Road 2 Police Officers Drove by and Wouldn't even look my way LOL... I guess they didn't want the issue Not their Problem? Anyways I really did not know what to do so I decided I would Load him in My car there was a address on the Collar and i figured that would be easy.... Not so took about 30 Mins Start to Finish But Honestly I would not have had it any other way there is No way I could have left him there to die He was someones Puppy and I would just DIE if it was My Precious little Baby!! So Any way you look at it sometime if you get the chance just remember you Most Likely not only saved someones Dog but you Saved them a Heartbreaking Situation and that is just Sad to think of Losing Your Best Friend. Anyways I made a Video of it and Figured what the hell I may as well upload it and now I am putting it in this Blog..;-)
